Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and promotional materials.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
